Uploading your scorecard helps us keep customer information up to date, ensuring you’re texting the correct number.
RQ transactions often display port numbers, which can change a few days after activation. When you upload the scorecard file, we update the customer’s phone number in Statflo from the temporary port number to their permanent one, making it easier for you to reach them.
By following these steps carefully, you help maintain accurate and timely data submissions.
Step 1: Download the File

Download your Scorecard File from the Freedom Portal as an CSV file
Note: Do NOT open the file in Excel
Step 2: Rename the File
Find the downloaded file on your computer

Right-click and rename the dealer name, month, and year with the following format DealerName_Scorecard_Month_Year.csv where…
DealerName: The name of the dealership in Statflo for auditability purposes
Scorecard: Leave this as-is
Month: The month that the Scorecard file represents (e.g. "January")
Year: The year that the Scorecard report represents (e.g. "2024")
Example: JacksMobile_Scorecard_December_2024.csv
Step 3: Upload the File
Log into Statflo as a Dealer Admin. Click the Settings icon in the left navigation bar and click Upload (URL = https://app.statflo.com/uploader)
Click Choose your files to pick the correctly renamed Scorecard file, or simply drag and drop the file into the File Uploader area

Click the Send files button to proceed with the upload.
Note: You will not receive a confirmation. Contact your CSM if you’re worried your file was uploaded incorrectly.
