You're already authenticated. SMS Coach runs within the Statflo app you're already logged in to - there's no separate login or exposed access point. Every request is verified against your existing session.
Your conversations are yours. The system only works with the conversations that belong to your account. It cannot access or surface anything outside of your dealer's data.
No personal information in suggested replies. SMS Coach is designed to never include phone numbers, email addresses, links, or any personally identifiable information in the messages it suggests. This is enforced by built-in rules and verified automatically before a suggestion reaches you.
