You can set the campaign's start and end dates in the future. These dates determine when representatives will be assigned to the campaign for outreach.
For example, if you're setting up an iPhone launch campaign where reps will conduct outreach throughout September, you should set:
Start Date: September 1
End Date: September 30
What should I set my campaign priority at?
Admins set campaign priority when they create a campaign. For example, if an iPhone pre-order campaign should take precedence over another one, the admin should make it a high-priority campaign from the beginning.
Can an account be part of multiple campaigns?
Yes, an account can appear in multiple campaigns based on priority settings and scrubbing rules. For guidance on managing this, reach out to your Statflo Account Manager.
Will the Add to Campaign widget disappear once a campaign is live?
No, the widget remains available. A campaign will stay visible in the widget until its end date passes. You can add accounts to a campaign until that point. If an account is already included, it will appear greyed out in the widget.
