Notifications alert you when a customer sends you a new text message. Instead of relying only on email alerts, you can now choose the type of notifications you want to receive. This helps you respond faster and stay connected with your customers in the way that works best for you : whether by email, browser alert, or text message.
Why it’s important:
With notifications enabled, you’ll:
Reply faster → Never miss an incoming customer text
Stay productive → No need to constantly check Statflo or your inbox
Improve customer experience → Quicker responses mean better conversations and stronger relationships
Drive more sales → Timely replies increase the chance of turning conversations into conversions
