Increase wireless customer engagement with these example use cases and templates
1) Welcome List
Give new customers a warm welcome over text and reach out to them on how things are going with their experience so far.
Example template:
"Hey {{customerName}}, this is {{salesRepName}} at {{location}}. Just checking in to see how the {{phone}} you got from us is working out?"
2) Mid-Contract Review
Halfway through the customer’s contract, have a conversation with them about the product or services they bought from you and how you can serve them better.
Example template:
"Hey {{customerName}}, this is {{salesRepName}} from {{dealership}}. It's already been a year! How's your {{device}} holding up?"
3) Account Renewals
At this point in their customer journey there is likely something they’d like to change or something that is frustrating about their device. Try to discover what that is!

"Hey {{customerName}}, this is {{salesRepName}} at {{location}}. I just noticed you might be eligible for an upgrade soon. Which device were you thinking about moving to?"
