1) Personalized Advice

Engage existing customers by providing one-on-one advice during major life events specific to their financial needs. 

Example template:

"Hey {{customerName}}, this is {{repName}} from {{location}}. I was just checking in to see how you are doing and if you have any questions on the details of the adjustments to your {{product}}?"

2) Onboarding

Capture your customers during key moments of the customer journey by sending curated messages and personalized reminders.

Example template:

"Hey {{customerName}}, this is {{repName}} from {{location}} where you set up {{product}} recently. Do you have any questions on getting set up?"

3) Manage Leads

Reach out to customers who used your service once but have not revisited since. Ask them how it worked out for them and if you can assist with anything else.
