How can I update contact details displayed in TextKit?

To update or correct customer details displayed within TextKit, you will have to go to your source system (i.e. your CRM or database) and make the changes there. TextKit only displays the data from your external systems so changes must be made at the source.

Note that there may be a slight delay before the updated data is reflected in TextKit as the two systems require time to sync.
