How do I reset my TextKit password?

Simply click the "Forgot My Password" link on your single-sign-on (SSO) or Statflo-specific login page, and you will be sent an email prompting you to verify your identity and create a new password.

Please note that if there is no “Forgot My Password” link available on the TextKit login page, then you may need to speak to your system administrator about where you can change/reset your password. This is because your login credentials are coming from another user directory, such as your company’s internal systems.
