Contact opt-out

To ensure compliance, it is important to opt-out contacts when requested

If a contact requests to be opted-out from a specific communication channel (SMS or calling) or ALL channels:  

  • Navigate to, and click on the desired contact card
  • Click the “Actions” button near the bottom-right of the page
  • Select “Opt-out Settings”
  • Select the opt-out channel(s) requested
  • Click “Save”

Note that you can still reach out to the contact via the channel(s) that remain opted-in.
