Keeping your teams engaged with TextKit (for Managers)

Lead and your team will follow

Enforce training

In order for your team to stay engaged with TextKit, they must first be trained on using the platform. Encourage them to go through the self-serve training materials available through the Knowledge Centre. 

Lead by example

If you want your team to use TextKit, then you must do the same! Make sure you build TextKit into your daily workflow. 

Talk about results

Be sure to highlight the positive outcomes or results that come from using TextKit! Seeing tangible results will encourage your team to stay engaged with the platform. 

Stay accountable

Check in-app and external reporting regularly for updates on your team’s outreach efforts. Be sure to follow up with team members who are not completing their assigned outreach. 

Provide feedback and coaching

Not everyone on your team may be comfortable with texting customers (at first), so be sure to offer coaching to help them improve! Take time to analyze your team’s messages to customers and offer coaching to help them improve the outcomes of their conversations.
