Introducing TextKit to your team (for Admins or Managers)

Welcome to TextKit! We have a few tips to help you get your team started

To start your team’s TextKit journey off on the right foot, you should be prepared to offer adequate training on the platform and point them to self-serve resources so they can hit the ground running! 

What’s equally important is to ensure your team understands WHY they should be using TextKit, including the positive impact it can bring to their daily workflows, conversions/sales, customer relationships, and overall productivity. It’s important for your team to understand the value of TextKit and recognize the benefits it can bring to their role. 

Here are some benefits you can highlight when speaking to your team about TextKit:

Next, be sure to carve out time for training. Our Customer Success Managers will ensure that you are well-trained, but it’s up to you to pass on the knowledge of your own team and encourage them to use the platform.
