How do I start a conversation in TextKit?

Start your conversations off right!

  1. If you have been assigned contacts to start conversations with, they will be listed under the "To Be Contacted" category of your conversations.
  2. Click on the name of the contact you'd like to start a new conversation with.
  3. If there are message templates associated with the campaign the contact is a part of, you will see them appear in the middle section of the screen.
  4. Fill in the editable fields within the message template and fix any non-compliant words/phrases (if any).
  5. Hit send when you're ready to fire off the first message!
