Filtering for conversations

Use the filter function to narrow your list of conversations

To find a specific conversation using the filter function: 

  • Click the funnel icon above the search bar. 
  • Select the Campaign/SmartList you want to work on first in the drop down menu
  • Click the “Apply Filters” button

Upon applying the filters, you will now only be able to see the contacts that have been assigned to you for outreach (vs. in the past you were able to see contacts assigned to others).

Note that Campaign names will disappear once they expire.
