Mark as DNC

Contacts can text the following keywords to opt-out of communications: STOP,  STOPALL, CANCEL, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE. They can also click the opt-out link within the message to unsubscribe.

In compliance with Canadian outreach regulations, you will not be able to send messages to contacts tagged as DNC. Even if the contact appears under a different campaign, the DNC tag will remain in place. Only certain administrative users with permissions can manually remove the DNC tag from a contact.

Contacts can reverse the DNC request and opt-in to communications by texting any of the following prompts: START, YES, UNSTOP
