How do I see account/customer details?

TextKit provides you full context on your customer so you can have well-informed conversations. You should be able to see key account/customer details in the top right corner of the screen. This information is reflected from your external systems or databases.

Along the right side panel of the screen are other Widgets that provide you with more details on the account/customer (e.g. timeline, eligibles, subscribers, opportunities). See this article for more details on using widgets.
