Closing a conversation

Keep track of your conversations by closing those that are finished

You may want to close a conversation or contact that has been assigned to you if: 

  1. You do not anticipate a response from your contact
  2. You've ended the conversation with your contact
  3. You've determined a time/date for a future follow-up
  4. The campaign/topic is not applicable to the contact (so there is no need to reach out to this contact)

To move a conversation or contact to the Closed category:

  • Navigate to, and click on the desired contact card
  • Select the “Chat Status” drop-down directly to the left of the contact’s profile information 
  • Click “Close Conversation”
  • This conversation will be automatically moved under the "Closed" category (but note that if the contact responds, the conversation will then move under the "To Answer" category)
