Making a call with RingCentral

RingCentral is now integrated directly within Statflo so you can make calls without navigating away from the platform! 

Note that this is the only way to make an outbound call from the platform. You must have a RingCentral account set up before you can make calls.

To start a call if you already know the contact’s phone number: 

• Select the phone icon in the navigation bar on the left side of the screen
• Using the keypad, input the desired phone number in the “To” field
• Confirm that the “From” number is the number you want to be calling from
• Use the green phone icon directly under the keypad to make the call

To start a call if you don’t know the contact’s phone number: 

• Navigate to and click on the desired contact card
• Locate the contact’s profile information in the top-right corner of your screen
• Click the phone number (highlighted in blue)
• Locate the dialer pop-up window
• Use the green phone icon directly under the keypad to make the call 

To close the dialer, click the phone icon on the navigation bar.
