How to add a lead

The workflow to "Add a Lead" (e.g. adding a net new customer who is not part of a campaign to the platform) remains the same except for the final step.

Step 1: Go to the Smart List page from the Dashboard

Step 2: Go to the Leads tab and click the "Add a New Lead" button

Step 3: Fill out the "Add a Lead" form and click the "Add Lead" button

Step 4: The new lead will show up on the Smart List page

Step 5 (NEW): The new lead will show up under the "To Contact" category in the Messenger.

Step 6: To narrow down your view to leads only, you can filter by campaign and select "Leads" in the drop down menu.


Note: This workflow will change in the near future, so that the entire workflow can be done from the Messenger.
